Return Policy

We believe in serving our customers to the best level. When our customers purchase from our website, we agree and acknowledge that the order will be packed and containerized in such a way that is suitable for delicate and fragile products for safe delivery. For the convenience of our esteemed patrons; we follow a liberal cancellation, return, return, and exchange policy.


Cancellation Policy of Leafy:

Once the order is placed, you have a window of 24 hours to cancel the order. The cancellation request cannot proceed after the confirmation and initiation of the shipping process of the product.


For cancellation, we will provide the same amount of credit on your account that you can redeem for your next purchase. For the same-day delivery product; there will be no cancellation.

Leafy does not allow cancellation of the special offer on occasions like Diwali, Christmas, Eid, New Year, or Valentine’s Day.


My plant does not look healthy after one month. What should I do?

Every plant reacts differently to the climate. We provide general care tips for lighting conditions, watering, pruning, and fertilization. For more assistance, you can contact our Helpline.


Return Policy of Leafy:

Leafy does not accept the return of plants. If the plant’s health has already perished then it will not survive another stress of transit. However, we ensure the best quality plant will be delivered to your doorstep.


As the plant suffers the transit stress, it may look a little dull just after receiving. However, with time; watering and sunlight; it will bounce back to the natural healthy state. If you face any problems and concerns about the health of the plant; then our support team is here to help you.


Exchange Policy of Leafy:

In case, you feel that the product is damaged or not as per your expectation (like receiving a dead plant), you need to inform the customer care within 7 days of receiving. You need to send a video of the product stating the issues you are facing.

Our team will check and get back to you if they find the problem is valid. We will arrange an exchange of the plant. However, no refund will be entertained.


Refund Policy:

The orders that are canceled within 24 hours will get a full refund. Your amount will be refunded also for the non-availability of the product. Your account will be credited with the same amount of payment. Leafy processes the refund in the same account from which the customers have made the payment.
